Former smokers started smoking in 1971 at age of 23 and since then, the average number of what I smoke daily exactly 5 cans, in other words 100 cigarettes a day. The total number of cigarettes smoked during this period was 876000 cigarettes (eight hundred and seventy six thousand) with a value equal to 109500 E.P.

1- nicotine, a toxic, carcinogenic substance responsible for most of the harmfull effects of smoking,60 milligrams of nicotine intravenous injection would cause inatant death,besides,nicotine is responsible for aman to become adict.2-Tar,a sticky substance leads to clogging,a major reason of lung cancer and pulmonary disability 3-carbon monoxide,a gas, which is very harmful when inhaled,it replaces oxygen in the blood to be a contributing factor to the hardening and clogging arteries, in addition to depriving the heart and brain of oxygen.
